Typemarks

Brand Identity
Typemarks

Eight brands, one unmistakable hand. Each typemark was designed to work as a single, confident symbol, a letterform pared down to its strongest idea and built to hold its own at any size. These marks span the industries of travel, manufacturing, real estate, publishing, lifestyle, home services and government. Bold geometry, precise letterforms and a clear sense of character run through every one: a style strong enough to stand out in any market and flexible enough to fit each client.

Mindflint Discovery Studio

Fast-tracking the Discovery Process for Agencies. An AI-guided client intake portal for a small-to-mid-sized design agency, replacing its outdated Word discovery documents with a code-protected web experience. New clients go through a guided session for each service they've hired the agency for, while an AI assistant named Spark helps them give clearer, more complete answers. It gathers everything the creative team needs before kickoff, from brand and messaging questions to encrypted uploads of logos, photos and existing materials, and delivers it all to the agency in one organized place.

Bob Marshall

Cable TV · Social Media Ads · Campaign Literature
Bob Marshall

After joining Bob Marshall's re-election campaign in its final stretch when it needed a boost and fast, I built one clear, consistent look across every channel, using the campaign's navy and red, strong condensed headlines and Colorado mountain backdrops, so every piece felt like one campaign. I produced cable TV spots around a simple idea, "Just Bob," that shows him as a neighbor and not a billboard or a PAC ad. I created social media campaigns of video reels, video ads and swipeable carousels that turned his record into quick, shareable stories. I designed a refreshed campaign flyer and a two-sided voter brief that sets Bob's record beside his opponent's in plain terms for doorstep conversations. In a matter of weeks, the campaign went from scattered materials to a polished, unified presence on TV, online and at the door.

We Demand Better 4 All

We Demand Better 4 All

The Douglas County Activism Task Force is a collaboration of local activism groups rallying their community around affordable housing, health care, civil rights and putting people over billionaires. With national protest messaging stuck on anger, they wanted a campaign built on a positive vision for the future, the idea that a rising tide lifts all ships. I created a brand identity and the brand standards for their We Demand Better campaign, rolled out as a system across print, car magnets, flyers, swag, videos and social posts.

3to5 DougCo

Motion · Video Design
3to5 DougCo

Douglas County's Ballot Question 200 needed a message people would stop and watch. A social media ad built on motion graphics showed how the county grew and who signed, turning a dense ballot issue into a story voters could take in at a glance.

Protect the Future of Castle Pines

YES on 300 / 301 Campaign
Protect the Future of Castle Pines

The City of Castle Pines needed voters to say YES on 300 / 301. An 18-second advocacy spot made the case for transparency, representation and a real seat at the table.

Pinpoint

Brand Identity · Real Estate
Pinpoint

Pinpoint is a Pittsburgh real estate team that needed an identity that stood out from the lookalike house icons in a crowded market. I designed a monochrome system around a double-P pin mark, a wide-tracked geometric wordmark, and the promise "Exactly where you need to be." This new identity established their brand and currently, agents have helped more than 1,400 clients and closed over $500M in lifetime sales.

The Back Yard

Brand Identity · Packaging
The Back Yard

The Back Yard is a grill and pack patio restaurant whose whole brand is a single invitation: #Play in the Backyard. I built the identity around a kettle-grill mark and a bold, athletic wordmark, then carried it across the places a guest actually meets the brand: a pint glass that fills at the table, a today's-taps menu board, table mats and napkins, takeaway packaging, a branded cap and the signage out front. The mix keeps the yard casual and the finish premium, so the brand reads the same from a street sign to a social post.

For Fox Sake

Copywriting · Campaign Design
For Fox Sake

The Vale Fox Distillery was an unknown Hudson Valley craft distillery trying to break into the crowded premium gin market with Tod & Vixen Original Dry Gin. To disrupt the category, I built the identity around a cheeky, rebellious juxtaposition: high-end typography, an engraved fox character, and premium finishes paired with "For Fox Sake," a punchy, provocative call to action. The tagline ran across billboards, social media, coasters, enamel pins, and pop-up launch events, giving a sophisticated product a shareable, human edge that stopped scrollers and shoppers in their tracks. The campaign was a major critical success in craft spirits and put the distillery on the global mixology map.

Lowcountry Fresh Market & Cafe

Brand Identity · Packaging
Lowcountry Fresh Market & Cafe

Lowcountry Fresh is a market and cafe in Bluffton, South Carolina, built around local farms and fishermen. The business needed a brand that felt like the community it serves, not a generic grocery chain. I drew discovery from Gullah Geechee culture and the look of old market signs. Early rounds explored a thin art deco wordmark before landing on a hand-lettered market sign with the tagline "Cultivating Community." I extended the system into a style guide, in-store map mural, department signage, gift cards, animations, and Fitz & Jed's dog treat packaging. The cafe was named Best New Restaurant in Bluffton in 2021 by Hilton Head Monthly readers and won Lowcountry's Best medals in five categories in 2022 and 2023.

Lucen Perspectives

Brand Identity · Illustration · Social Media · Motion
Lucen Perspectives

Lucen Perspectives is a new strategy consultancy firm founded in a field full of interchangeable corporate brands. It needed an identity as sharp and focused as the thinking behind it. I built the brand on the word "perspectives" and the idea of seeing through a new lens, a concept carried into her LENS Discovery Framework. I extended the brand system into social media profiles, ads, custom illustrations, animated business cards and presentation slide deck.

Pretty in Dink

Branding · Athletic Wear
Pretty in Dink

Pretty in Dink is a pickleball apparel brand entering a space full of forgettable athletic wear, and it needed a look as fun and confident as the players it dresses. I built the identity around the tragically hip founder and her cool, playful personality, crafted by 80's culture. The result is a brand that reads instantly from across the court and gives players a blast-from-the-past connection and apparel they're proud to sport beyond the game.

ZipQuote

Brand Refresh · Web · Motion
ZipQuote

ZipQuote Brand Refresh. ZQ had outgrown its look and it no longer matched the speed and confidence of the product behind it. The refresh rolled out across three launch pieces that carried the new identity from first reveal to everyday use: a behind-the-scenes brand refresh video that let customers and the team watch the new look come together, so a visual update became a story worth sharing; a new website built on a cleaner, more modern system, with fresher color and type, clearer hierarchy and room for the product to lead; and a new product video showing the platform in action, with the refreshed identity in every frame so it reads as one brand from start to finish. ZipQuote now has a look that finally matches what it delivers: modern, fast, and trustworthy.

Protect

App UX/UI · Prototype
Protect

Protect Personal Profile Portal: Protect auto insurance customers had their profile, carrier quotes, coverage options, and support spread across separate places, and a returning user could not update their profile or vehicle details without starting over. I designed a 10-screen mobile prototype that brings it all into one personal portal, built around a single idea: one profile, every policy. A shared profile header stays put while three tabs change what sits below it: articles picked for the driver, quotes from each insurer side by side, and new coverage to bundle. The articles also give Protect a built-in channel for value-added content, with short, chart-led pieces on what drives a driver's rates, each ending in a one-tap quote. A floating chat button keeps live support one tap away on every screen.
